BASS is one of the first EMC (Documentum) partners in the Middle East and the gulf area.

BASS has early recognized the value the EMC Documentum will add to the Middle East market, so BASS has decided to be ready from day one. BASS has developed its own Arabic version of Documentum for the Middle East wide range of customers. Even before partnering with EMC Documentum BASS started to self train its employees and was engaged in an implementation project to get a head start with Documentum. BASS is one of the official implementation partners for Documentum in the Middle East and the gulf area. BASS has recruited enough team members to be able to engage in more than one project in parallel.

Selected Service Team
In the mid of 2007 BASS has been appointed as an EMC selected service team. By this agreement we can work more closely with EMC Consulting team. Or else if customer wishes we can do the implementation under the EMC Consulting team umbrella where their consultants will revise our solution design and architecture to give the client more satisfaction. PS: We work through the SST agreement only according to client wishes and it is not the case for every implementation.
